Project: Housing Development
Location: Dartmoor National Park
Client: Perugian Limited

Traditional materials of natural slate, granite, timber and render were used in this redevelopment of three houses adjacent to a conservation area in the Dartmoor National Park.
Internally curved walls, an open plan layout and sculptured stair design make a pleasant contemporary contrast to the traditional exterior.
The roof space in the house and above the garages was used to create beautiful studio rooms with great views across the moor. Granite terraces, facing south add a sense of Dartmoor solidity whilst providing a valuable amenity space with storage below.
