The shape of this house was formed by combining the client's requirements with the site constraints and opportunities. Elevated views, orientation towards the sun, height restriction and the maximization of space, all played their part.

A ceramic tiled roof, glazed clerestory and careful detailing having created a fine and crisp featured modern building.
