From the inception of a project Squirrel Design can take you from initial sketches and concepts through to the completed building. Importantly, we can provide you with a certificate suitable for mortgage purposes.

Obtaining planning permission
Building regulation approval.
Building tendering process.
Main contractor and or project manager appointment.
Council of Mortgage Lenders Certificates.
We work with you for as much of this journey as you require and will ensure that what, at first, may seem daunting is in fact both exciting and fun. We love designing homes, but we most like seeing them built.
