A contemporary house in a suburban setting. Maximising space was an important aspect of the design which entailed slender structural walls but still retained excellent thermal efficiency.
A site specific design using the topography to achieve an efficient circulation through the whole of the site. Orientation of the sun to achieve a high standard of natural light on a narrow plot was a key design feature. The use of 3D visualisations was very helpful in communicating with the client and planners.
